774,137. Goggles. ABPLANALP. A. Sept. 1, 1955 [Sept. 29, 1954], No. 28072/54. Class 97(1) Opaque goggles in the form of spectacles, having apertures through which a television picture may be viewed comprises eyeshields having slots 20 and blocks 15 having bores 19 of circular cross-section. Preferably, the width of the slots does not exceed 5 mm., and the blocks 15 are slidably mounted on the eye-shields so that they can be adjusted to the interocular distance of the wearer. The blocks may be made of laminated material and the bores 19 may taper from 5 mm. to 2.75 mm., the thickness of the block being 10 mm.
