Abstract

756,655. Slide for stereoscopic transparencies. STEREOFILMS BRUGUIERE. Oct. 15, 1954 [Dec. 8, 1953], No. 29744/54. Class 98 (2). [Also in Group XV] A rigid back plate with a pair of spaced apertures for the transparencies is provided with two separate front pressure frames overlying the apertures and frictionally engaging the back plate to retain the transparencies in position. Preferably the back plate and the front pressure frames are of plastic material moulded with lugs and corresponding holes for such frictional engagement. As shown, the slide comprises back plate 1 with apertures 2 having shallow grooves 9 to accommodate the transparencies, and two smaller front pressure frames 3 which may form masks for the transparencies and which have holes 5 to register with lugs 4 projecting from the grooves 9.
