A unit for attaching tractor-borne implements to the tractor 13 comprises a frame 10 having attachment lugs 16, 21, for the upper and lower hitch-links 11, 12 and consisting of upper and lower transverse members 14, 15 apertured throughout their length, the members being cross-braced by bars 25 disposed diagonally in a common plane with them, the frame being carried in a substantially vertical plane normal to the line of motion of the tractor. The braces 25-are apertured for the reception of a third transverse member 26 which is also apertured and may be carried at various heights above the lower member 15. The upper lugs 16 are provided with spaced holes 20 for the reception of the pin 17 at the end of the upper hitch link 11 so that the inclination of the frame may be varied. For attaching seed-drills (Fig. 4), the latter are connected by lower U-shaped brackets 29 bolted to the lower member 15 and by spring- loaded connections 33 to the upper member 14, these connections permitting some free movement of the drill frames 34 over rough ground. Hoe-frames 46 (Fig. 5) are pivoted to the U- shaped brackets 43 on the lower member 15 and suspended from the upper member by chains 50. The hoe-frames are provided with guiding fins 62 and ground-wheels 63: Ploughs (Fig. 6, not shown) may also be carried, being fastened by claw-like clamps to the member 15 and having upwardly-extending standards bolted to the intermediate member 26.
