757,178. Window stays. RASMUSSEN, V. B. K., [trading as RASMUSSEN & CO., V. K.]. Oct. 18, 1954 [Oct. 21, 1953], No. 29946/54. Class 65 (1). A tubular stay 6 having holes 11 for engagement with a pin 2 has its underside pressed in to form a channel 12, the holes being formed in this channel. One end of the stay is flattened at 7 for attachment by a universal joint 9, 5 to a fixed bracket 4, the flattened part being stiffened by a bar 8; a knob 13 is fixed in the other end. The stay is tapered towards its hinged end by increasing flattening of the tube.
