In the bearing for horological mechanisms according to the parent Specification, the synthetic resin used for the bearing is first subjected to a mechanical reduction, e.g. by drawing, rolling or pressing, at a temperature from 0‹ to 100‹ C., with a view to reducing " flow " while facilitating machining. The synthetic resin may contain loading agents such as lead, graphite, molybdenum sulphide, molybdenum bisulphide and mica.
