Abstract

746,514. Drawing-board stands. MASON & SONS, Ltd., E. N. and MOSS, J. W. Sept. 28, 1954 [Oct. 14, 1953], No. 28272/53. Class 52(3). A drawing-board 2 has an angle strip 1 at each end the projecting web having slots 5 therein slidable on pegs 6 on a quadrant plate 7 pivoted on stand brackets 8 and fitted with clamping means 10. The quadrant plates have rack teeth 12 co-operating with pivoted spring- biased pawls 13 on the back of the board which permit free upward sliding of the board and which can be released by push rods 18 when the board is to be lowered.
