The end cap 9 of a vehicle body is resiliently movable longitudinally of the vehicle and may be fitted inside or over the open end of the body, may have an air inlet or outlet 6, may carry lights instead of in hooded openings 11, and may be provided with resilient buffers 7 which may serve as feelers or mount feelers which give an indication to the driver when touched.
