Class 118(2) [Also in Group I] A bird scarer comprises a figure 1 cut out of hardboard, wood or the like and mounted on a cruciform base 5 by means of a spindle 3 and bearings 7 so as to be freely rotatable. A bracket 8 carries a rope 10 of explosive charges and the figure may pivot in the wind or be moved by the explosions of the charges or may be power driven.
