[Also in Groups VI, XVII and XXIII] A compressed mass of unspun fibres, such as cotton wool, held in a flexible cylindrical jacket may be used as a powder-puff by removing the end of the jacket and fluffing np the protruding fibres. Perforations 4A, 6 in a jacket 1 of compressed cotton wool 2 assist in the removal of the end of the jacket.
