732,233. Mine roof girder supports. LINSINGEN, M. VON, [trading as BOCHUMER EISENHUTTE HEINTZMANN & CO.]. April 22, 1952 [April 23, 1951], No. 10109/52. Addition to 709,627. Class 20 (2). The mine roof supporting structure described in Specification 709,627, is modified in that the length L of the U-shaped clip 4 is less than its height B and each of its side limbs are formed with a pair of openings 5 to receive two transverse wedges 6a, 6b, the openings 5 being spaced apart by a distance X not substantially greater than the width of one of the openings. The wedges 6a, 6b are inserted from opposite sides of the clip. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 688,393.
