In a hydraulic servomotor control system in which the input movement actuates a control valve and the output movement recentres the valve, the latter is a rotary cylindrical valve supported by ball, roller, or needle bearings of which the two races are formed in or by the sliding surfaces of the valve and its surrounding jacket.
