731,717. Boat-raising winches. MAATSCHAPPIJ TOT VERWERVING EN EXPLOITATIE VAN DAVITOCTROOIEN DAVITCO., N. V. Dec. 9, 1952 [June 25, 1952], No. 31190/52. Class 78 (5). Portable motor 6 is provided with flange 8 which co-operates with pins 10 provided on the winch frame 5, whereby the motor is secured to the winch in the position where the motor coupling 7 engages with the fixed square end 4. As shown, flange 8 is provided with slots 9 and pins 10 are provided with collar 12, each collar passing through the corresponding slot so that the motor is secured when rotated. The flange and pins are interchangeable. Alternatively, the securement may be made by screw-and-thread means.
