Abstract

721,795. Automatic exchange systems. TELEFONAKTIEBOLAGET L. M. ERICSSON. Dec. 19, 1952 [Dec. 19, 1951], No. 32254/52. Class 40 (4). An impulse generator, especially for metering, is associated with a relay circuit so that output terminals produce impulses at differently spaced intervals of time. The impulse generator IG operates and releases R1 which feeds three relay chains A1-A3, B1-B4, D1-D5, which operate cyclically. A1, B1 B3 and D1 control relays R2, R3, R4, R5 which therefore operate once every 2, 3, 4 and 5 impulses respectively. R2-R5 control output terminals 2-12 which produce impulses every 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30 or 60 impulses of IG. These impulses may be used for metering according to the connection obtained.
