Abstract

716,759. Savoy bags. KRENS, C. A. Oct. 20, 1952, No. 26327/52. Class 28(1) A savoy bag has at least one partition dividing the bag into compartments each of which receives a spout section, the sections resting in said compartments and being held together to form a complete spout, and having co-operating means to grip the lower end or ends of the partition or partitions. As shown, a savoy bag 10 has a central partition 11 forming two compartments in which are inserted tapered spout sections 12; 13 of semicircular cross-section. The surface of one of these sections 12, 13 has a rib 22 and tongue 16 engaging respectively a recess 23 and opening 15 in the adjacent surface of the other section, the partition 11 being held between the surfaces, Fig. 2. The sections 12, 13 are held together by a collar 24 and a further collar 25 holds a nozzle 26. The nozzle is divided into two separate compartments by a tapered blade 27 formed by an extension of one wall 14.
