Class 64(2) A sectional radiator of sheet metal has reinforcing members 3 (formed by strips with the longitudinal edges 4 bent over) passing through the bosses of the radiator elements 1 and secured to the end elements as by welding 5. Figs. 4, 5 show, in relation to a boss opening, two forms that the cross-section of a member 3 may take. In the embodiment of Fig. 5, the vertex line of the angular member 3 contacts the bosses. In another form, the member 3 is of arcuate cross-section conforming to the bottom portion of the base opening.
