Abstract
703,875. Bakers' ovens. BUSER, A. Oct. 11, 1951 [Oct. 12, 1950], No. 23740/51. Class 51 (2). [Also in Group XIII] The wall 7, Fig. 2, of a baker's oven or other heating chamber is heated to a uniform temperature over its length and width by causing jets of hot gas from a supply duct 5, closed at its far end, to issue through nozzles 10 in a false wall or bottom 9 and impinge on the wall 7. The gases are evacuated through the intermediate chamber 11. In the form shown in Fig. 3, the supply duct is a tube 13 arranged eccentrically within a tube 14 arranged in the chamber 12 to be heated. The end wall or walls may have a hinged door providing access to the oven or chamber 12.
