Class 72 The furnace or chamber maintained under reduced pressure and which is of sufficient height to allow the metal to rise therein, described in the parent Specification, is provided with means for heating the metal. As shown, the chamber 35 may be provided with a pocket 33 surrounded by a coreless induction coil 34.
