Abstract

A stock for holding horned animals comprises a box, open at the top and rear, having its side walls with outwardly stepped upper extension to provide a wider upper compartment for the horns of the animal. The front end wall carries a hinged gate provided with a neck recess in which the neck of the animal is held by a pivoted spring-loaded locking bar extending across the open front end of the upper compartment.
