697,728. Light-diffusing louvres. HARDING, N. W. March 21, 1951 [March 23,. 1950], No. 7323/50. Class 75(iv) A light-diffusing louvre is formed of serpentine or corrugated strips 23 arranged side by side to provide a cellular structure, and held together only by bolts 5 extending through aligned holes 4 in the ends of the strips and If desired, through holes intermediate the ends of the strips. As shown the strips are bent to provide hexagonal cells but any -linear or curved sided geometric shape may be provided by suitablebending of the strips. The strips may be white-painted, silvered or vari-coloured and formed of light metal, compressed. paper, fibre or synthetic resinous material, and the louvre assembly may be mounted under slight compression in a frame.
