691,138. Weighing-apparatus. AVERY, Ltd., W. & T. Jan. 4, 1952 [Jan. 6, 1951]. No. 463/51. Class 143. The link between the weighing platform 3 and a supporting lever 8, comprises an annulus 6 having a knife-edged inner periphery 6a and supported on a roller 11 which has a concave outer periphery. The roller 11 is supported on a knife edge 7 projecting from the lever 8 and is located between nibs 7a at, the ends of the knife edge. The annulus 6 supports a pin 5 at its concave neck portion 5b, the shank 5d being attached to the leg or stool 4 of the platform 3.
