Class 87(i) A building unit comprises a main metal sheet 1 provided with inverted channels 3, 3a along its side edges to engage over supporting beams, &c. 2, and a second sheet 6 preferably of channel-form secured to the upper or lower face of the central portion of the main sheet, the space between the sheets being filled with insulating material 7. At least the outer sheet is ribbed or corrugated or formed to simulate weather-boarding or tiling. Nail holes 5 may be formed in the side channels.
