682,715. Insulators. WOLSELEY SHEEP SHEARING MACHINE CO., Ltd., and MACNAMARA, H. J. June 6, 1951 [June 7, 1950; Nov. 16, 1950], Nos. 14182/50 and 20813/50. Class 36. An insulator 1 comprising a conical portion 2 and a headed shank 3 diametrically grooved at 4 to receive a wire 5, is provided with a coil 6 mounted on shank 3 and retained between the shank head 9 and a shoulder 10. The wire 5 is laid in the top of the groove 4 and the coil 6 is turned so that the wire passes between its convolutions and is drawn down and held in the groove.
