Class 20(ii) Brackets 7 riveted to the outer sides of the ladder sides 3 have spigots 8 located within open - ended tubular rungs 4 which are secured directly to the sides 3 by means of abutments 5 and expanded ends 6. The brackets 7 are recessed to accommodate the expanded ends 6.
