670,375. Watch bracelets. STRAUSS, W. S. Oct. 16, 1950 [Oct. 14, 1949], No. 26392/49. Class 43. The bar-engaging end member of a watch bracelet of the type comprising a U-shaped metal strip 1 which snaps over the watch bar is formed with indentations 4, cuts or the like near its ends to facilitate shortening of the member by filing, cutting off or otherwise removing its extremities when it is to be fitted to a short watch bar. The indentations 4 are similarly placed at each end of the member 1, so that by cutting along corresponding indentations the member remains symmetrical with respect to the bracelet. The indentations may extend wholly or partly round the member 1. An integral extension 2 of the member 1 is hinged to the end link 3 of the bracelet.
