Class 3(ii) A supporting frame for placard-signs and the like comprises a tubular structure which has slots f to receive the edges of the sign, the structure including two uprights a connected near their lower ends by a fixed bottom component b and connected at their upper ends by a detachable top component c to permit changing the sign. The top component is positioned by spigots e and guide members g to position the sign are welded on the spigots e.
