659,518. Tractor draw gear. DAVIES, H. E. May 19, 1949, No. 13375. [Class 103(v)] A tractor drawgea-r comprises a pair of channelled guide brackets A slidably supporting a rigid frame carrying a drawbar C located normally beneath the tractor body and adapted when required for coupling to a trailer to be drawn out rearwardly of, and secured in an extended position relatively to, the tractor body. The drawbar C is pivoted at D to the frame and is adjustable laterally by means of a slot N and holes O, a clevis P being provided at its end. The rigid frame, which is braced by members H is retained in the extended position shown in Fig. 2, or in the retracted position by'screw means L.
