[Class 89(ii)] Circlips for securing joint pins and like articles in position are formed .as rings of rubber or other elastic plastic material. They may be of circular cross section as at 10 or may be of square or other form. Applications to securing wheels upon axles, to a spring controlled electric relay arm and to connecting a solenoid to a machine part to be operated are also illustrated.
