Abstract
644,486. Hold-alls. LAWRENCE, J. H. July 9, 1948, No. 18528. [Class 133] A bag or luggage container of the " hold-all " type has a single gusset extending along the centre of the bag closeable by zip fasteners F<1>, F<2>, and has an opening into the interior closeable by a zip fastener D along the centre fold of, or elsewhere in, said gusset. Locking means may be provided on the zip fasteners. The gusset and fasteners F<1>, F<2> may extend along the top and down the end walls. The sides of the gusset may be secured to the sides of the bag by means of snap fasteners G. The outer edges E<1>, E<2> of the gusset are bound with strengthening material and carry the fasteners F<1>, F<2>. The bag comprises a main portion A of canvas or other flexible material with the lower corners bound with leather or similar wear-resisting material, and has handles C.
