[Class 40 (iii)] [Also in Group XL (a)] A colour television system for use with interlaced scanning has a filter raster screen comprised of a repeating series of colour filter strips, each strip being selectively transmissive to a different (complementary) colour, and positioned between a projection viewing screen and a picture reproducing tube or, between an object to be televised and a picture signal generating tube. Specifications 434,868, 602,053 and 642,954 are referred to. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 describes an arrangement in which the filter raster is supported externally of a picture reproducing tube and adjacent to the fluorescent screen thereof (Figs. 3 and 4, Cancelled not shown). This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
