[Class 69 (iii)] For producing a spray of disinfectant in a dustbin or like container, there is mounted in the lid 16 a chemical container 10 having a filler cap 30, and a pump 11 mounted within the chemical container. An external handle 24 is arranged so as to be displaced by the act of removing the dustbin lid whereby the suction stroke of the plunger pump is effected against the action of a spring 25, and the return delivery stroke when the lid is replaced, and the handle released.
