[Class 87(i)] A heat- and sound-insulating panel comprises a sheet of insulating material 2 provided with a metal frame 1 of anglesection and a metal sheet 3, the edges of which are bent over and received in a peripheral depression 7 in the frame. A film or layer of insulating material may be provided between the frame 1 and the metal sheet 3.
