Abstract
621,150. Inductances. MARROTTE DE MONTIGNY, M. V. G. B. DE Aug. 28, 1946, No. 25721. Convention date, Dec. 15, 1943. [Class 38 (ii)] A high-frequency powdered magnetic core for a coil is formed from at least two parts which make contact at two surfaces generated by the movement of a line which remains parallel to the direction of movement of the two parts when they come together. A pot-shaped magnetic dust core is made in two parts 1, 2, the outer rims 16, 26 of which engage in a spigot- and-socket joint, while the central parts 1a, 2a engage at flat surfaces 4 as shown, or in another spigot-and-socket joint. The invention may be applied to pulley and rod-shaped cores. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also high-frequency inductances in which the coil is shaped differently from the core cavity so that it makes only line or small contact with the core. This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
