[Class 126] [Also in Group XXV] A foldable shelf or plate rack a is provided with a pair of attachment pieces b each formed with a curved slot d for engagement with a projection f on each end of the rack, a link g at each end of the rack being pivotally connected with both the attachment piece b and the rack a, the lower part of the slot d having a backwardly directed recess e into which the projection f slides to secure the rack a in a horizontal position, and the rack, on being pulled forward so that the projection f slides into the slot d, being lowered into a vertical position and held by a spring-loaded catch ball or detent h in engagement with a recess i in each attachment piece b. The attachment pieces b may be of channel section.
