Abstract

616,854. Microscopes. ENOCK, J. K. Sept. 13, 1946, No. 27576. [Class 97 (i)] A binocular simple or compound microscope has two refracting or reflecting systems mounted thereon and movable into position alternatively to give a stereoscopic effect or " flat " vision. As shown, the prism system C1 of the type described in Specification 576,690 is in a carriage D hinged to the microscope at E and may be pivoted away to be replaced by a pivoted prism system in a carrier H giving a flat view. Alternatively the systems may slide.
