[Class 141] Men's trunks, particularly for beachwear, incorporate a suspensory device a which is suspended within the garment by a pair of elastic rear supports d and a front support c which may be elastic. The device is of opaque material and the material of the trunks non- opaque. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification, 515,219 and U.S.A. Specification 2,088,302.
