Abstract

612,290. Showcases. TRIMBLE, H. C. May 23, 1945, No. 15623. [Class 52(i)] [Also in Group XVII] A counter cabinet has a forwardly projecting discharge throat portion 14 at the bottom of its front face closed by a hinged door 28 with a dished inner face 31 forming a tray to receive the contents of the body of the cabinet which are fed by gravity towards the throat.. The interior is subdivided by vertical partitions and wings 26 on the back of the door similarly subdivide the tray area. The goods are inserted through a top opening with a hinged lid 20 and the cabinet has a sloping back lining 24 and glazed front panel 12 which extends into the throat to form a baffle 35. Moisture absorbing devices 36 may be mounted under the lid 20.
