[Classes 52(ii) and 128] [Also in Group XV] Miscellaneous table articles such as toast racks may be constructed from a kit comprising tubular parts 1, Fig. 1, of various shapes and sizes, the ends of which are of uniform diameter and adapted to be received directly in tight-fitting relationship in the sockets 3 of angular jointing pieces 4, Figs. 2 to 7. The ends of the tubes may be bifurcated as shown at 2, Fig. 1, and they may be joined together by means of sleeves lx, Fig. 1. The kit includes wheels 5, Fig. 8, adapted to receive axle bearings 6, Fig. 9, by the medium of, for example, an axle tube passing through the hole 7 of the axle bearings. The latter have sockets 3 similar to the sockets formed in the angular jointing pieces. The kit may include a base member 8 with sockets 9, Fig. 11, and a spherical jointing member 10 having sockets 11, Fig. 12. Other articles which may be constructed with the kit include light stands for display purposes, clothes racks, cake stands and towel rails, while miniature forms of the kit may be used for the building of toys [see Group XV].
