Abstract

603,879. Cabinets. BRITISH THOMSONHOUSTON CO., Ltd. Nov. 2, 1945, No. 29153. Convention date, Nov. 7, 1944. [Class 52(i)] The closure of a cabinet comprises two overlapping and relatively sliding doors which have upper supporting arms cooperating with a single overhead supporting rail. The doors 12, 13 are each provided with arms 19, 21 respectively upon which are journalled rollers 20, 22 running in a single supporting rail 14. This rail is formed by the channel portion 17, 18 of a hood-like part 15 of the top 2 of the cabinet 1. The bottom parts of the doors 12, 13 are likewise provided with arms 27, 25 having upstanding portions 28, 26 upon which are journalled horizontal rollers 24 adapted to run in a channel 23 arranged below the floor 34 on an upright 11.
