Abstract

An arrangement for feeding sand to a hydraulic sand blast comprises a hopper in which the sand is mixed with water and withdrawn by the suction of the blast assisted by water from a nozzle which may be dosed with potassium dichromate from the tank to act as a rust preventative for the articles treated by the sand blast.
