[Classes 18 and 66] [Also in Group XXV] A fastener for attaching a lid to a box comprises a sliding-clasp fastener in which the edges of the tape are reinforced at 6 and 7 and the lid 1 and the bottom 2 of the box are slotted at 3, 3a to receive the reinforcements. The slot may be formed by making the box of two portions 17, 18 in which the slot is formed.
