[Class 18] [Also in Group XXV] The pin 17 securing the hinge portions of the two trays 11 of a cigarette case comprises a rod of rectangular section the ends 18 of which are bent in opposite directions and engage under marginal strips 12 of each tray. The case is held closed by a catch 14 on one tray engaging the marginal strip 15 on the other, and the act of closing the case imparts a twist to the pin which automatically opens the case when the catch is released.
