[Class 99 (ii)] [Also in Group VIII] A circular or rectangular pipe or ducting 2 made of laminated asbestos-cement or other fibrocement composition is provided with an end flange without a rounded corner by folding the edge 7, while in a plastic condition, into an upright position, separating one or two of the inner laminations 8, placing in a position a corner piece or wedge 9, which may be of plastic asbestos-cement and securing the corner piece in position by folding upwards the separated layer or layers 8 and pressing them against the folded-up edge 7 of the pipe.
