588,871. Buttons. NUTT, K. E. March 8, 1945, No. 5786. [Class 43] A two-part button for use on wearing-apparel consists of a front part comprising the head 1 with a stem 2 having a conically enlarged free end 3 and an apertured rear part 5 of resiliently distortable material e.g. rubber, synthetic resin, or plastic, which is forced over the free end 3 of the front part to removably secure the two parts together. The head of the button is stepped at 6 to raise it slightly from the garment material 4.
