588,800. Horticultural forcing frames. DUNHILL, A. March 7, 1945, No. 5701. [Class 6 (ii)] [Also in Group X] A horticultural forcing frame comprises a wooden box with ends k, bottom c with supporting battens b and a pair of glass slides p, p<SP>1</SP> forming the top, an opening d being provided in the bottom and the glass slides being adjustable to provide an opening o of desired size in the top so that air flow at the requisite temperature may be maintained through the box by an electric lamp n. A shelf e for seed boxes &c. stretches from side to side of the box but stops short of the box ends to provide passageways for the heated air. A door s gives access to the lamp which may be changed to suit the temperature conditions required by the plants at different stages of growth.
