584,000. Stands. BRIGHTSIDE PLATING CO., Ltd., and FISCHER, A. P. Sept 25, 1944, No. 18229. [Class 52 (iii)] [Also in Group XVII] A rack or stand for use in the grouping or bundling of cycle rims or the like for transport purposes comprises three uprights a connected by fixed triangular cross frames b, c and a movable or detachable triangular cross frame d adapted to clamp the rims &c. e so that protruding parts of the rims can be readily strung together. The rims are placed upon the cross frame c and the detachable frame d held in clamping position by pins a<1>. When the rims have been tied into a bundle the frame d is removed and the bundle lifted out for transport. The frame d may be hinged to one of the uprights.
