581,513. Mop handles. BRAMWELL, J. Aug. 16, 1944, No. 15601. [Class 61 (i)] The connecting device for fixing mops &c. to handles consists of a pointed tang 1 adapted to receive the mop &c. 5 and fixed into a metal socket 3 by means of split pins &c. 4 passing through holes in the sheath and tang, the mop being clamped between a head 2 on the tang and a disc 7 on the socket. The socket widens out into a part 8 which receives the handle &c. 9. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 9194/14 and 218,732, [both in Class 61 (i)].
