579,495. Spool holders. RIPAULTS, Ltd., and ROBERTS, G. A. A. May 3, 1944, No. 8371. [Class 18] [Also in Group XIV] A spool holder comprises end members 1 between which extend transverse members 5, 5a for supporting the spools 6 with the edges of their flanges resting thereon so that they are free to rotate, similar supports 2, 3 for spools 4 at right angles to the supports 5, 5a being associated with one or both of the end members. The end members are constituted by tubes each bent to form an open loop and spaced by the members 2, 3 arranged in pairs. The transverse supports 5, 5a are angle bars also arranged in pairs and welded to the supports 3. The cable &c. from the spools passes through rubberbushed holes 7 in the supports 2, 5.
