569,168. Pelmets. MOSS, H. July 23, 1943, No. 11987. [Class 52 (v)] A curtain pelmet of metal, plastic or wood with attached rails 5 is adjustable for width by forming it of L-shaped sections 1, 2 slidable within a central section 3. The section 3 is also of inverted L-shape with grooves 4 which receive the edges of the outer L-sections. Clips 7 are also fixed on the underside of section 3 to slidably receive the free overlapping ends of curtain rails 5 suspended from the outer sliding pelmet sections. The slots 6 receive the cylindrical heads 8 of the curtain runners.
