Abstract
562,554. Moulding bread. BURRAGE, F. C. Dec. 2, 1942, No. 17132. [Class 87 (ii)] [Also in Group VI] In making tin loaves, each dough piece is moulded into a flat strip which is then folded upon itself in zig-zag manner to form a mass having at least three folds h, the folds are pressed into intimate joined contact and the mass is deposited in the baking tin t with the folds lying edge on to the base of the tin.
