556,847. Securing electric conductors. PLOTZKER, A. Sept. 9, 1942, No. 12723. [Class 36] A clip for securing electric conductors comprises an end, Fig. 3, for driving between a wall and a skirting-board, a recess 3 facing the wall to receive the conductor, and a lip 2 to facilitate fixing or removal. A spike 4 may be bent out from the clip to engage the skirting. In a modification, Fig. 5, the clip is made from wire bent to shape, the ends of the wire being welded and ground to a point 5. The clip may be made in metal, plastics, or wood impregnated with a synthetic resin.
